After Botox Care
Congratulations! You have just completed Botox treatment.
Botox treatment works by temporarily blocking nerve signals that cause muscles to contract, which leads to muscle relaxation and its associated benefits.

Botox treatment is used for:
-
Managing bruxism (tooth grinding)
-
Reducing hypertrophic jaw muscles
-
Freshening facial aesthetics for a natural, rested look.

What to expect after Botox
Immediately after and the first few days Botox:
-
Initial but transient side effects that resolve in a few days:
-
Redness
-
Swelling
-
Minor bruising
-
Tenderness at the injection sites
-
Some patients may also experience a mild headache.
-

-
"Bubble wrap" look: Small bumps or a slightly raised, "bubble wrap" appearance is normal at the injection site and should disappear within 30-60 minutes.

-
Feeling of tightness or 'heaviness': You may feel a tightness in the treated area for a few days as the muscles start to relax.
